One of the many cool things about current versions of the Borland Developer Studio is the agregated RSS feed that fires up when it loads.
On the list of articles today, I saw this one about the RIAA that jumped out and caught my attention (posted by one of the guru's at Borland who develop Delphi).
I still do not see why ISP's can't provide P2P filtering at their end (per account of course). To be honest, Plus.Net (who I use) do offer this, so it is certainly possible without costing the earth that everyone complains about. Mine you, I think ISPs should take a better stance on cutting down on spam (come on guys, does it really take THAT much to REALLY terminate user accounts???). It's not even the problem of having someone check the mail server logs - it's not difficult to write a batch job that does it for you!
